About The Project

The new Dania Seniors Affordable Housing Project addresses the critical need for affordable rental housing in Burnaby, especially for seniors. It will be a six-storey, wood-framed complex containing 155 units located at the new address of 4277 Norland Avenue. Dania Society, which has been operating in the community since 1938, will own and operate the building. The City of Burnaby and The Province of British Columbia with BC Housing will be providing the necessary development and operational funding to make this building a reality. It is scheduled to open January 2025.
